GAZA MISSION

2026 CRISIS RESPONSE
2026 Gaza Mission for Children

Veterans Rebuilding Life partnered with the American nonprofit organizations: Bloom and Haya Washington to provide food, clean drinking water, and urgent medical care to infants and children living in displacement camps across southern Gaza. The camps are densely packed with makeshift tents sheltering children who have lost entire families amid the ongoing genocide.

Known widely as Orphan Cities, the camp’s total supply of food, clean drinking water, and medical supplies are donated by nonprofit organizations, and distributed by humanitarian volunteers who risk their lives each day to keep the children’s camp running.

In response to the crisis in Gaza, Veterans Rebuilding Life and Haya Washington joined forces to provide hundreds of orphaned children with food and water.

Veterans Rebuilding Life raised $20,000 to support the mission collaboration. One hundred percent of the funds were dedicated to delivering food, clean drinking water, and emergency shelters to hundreds of displaced children. In spite of the overwhelming challenges of the crisis, the impact of this joint effort demonstrates that humanitarian action remains possible.
