Veterans Rebuilding Life was proud to support the official launch of a new training and employment initiative, developed for veterans, by veterans. Introducing the Collision Training Institute (CTI), founded by Post 911 veteran: Bill Vallely, and his team of automotive industry professionals. The official program launch took place at the sponsoring host: healme.nyc® a fellow veteran-owned business, established in Long Island City, NY.
Attending guests included supporting businesses from across the five boroughs of New York City, and included representatives of National Grid® energy company, Enterprise® Car Rentals, Mercedes of Manhattan, and members of the New York State Small Business Administration’s: VBOC, the Veterans Business Outreach Center, which provides targeted business training and advisement to veteran entrepreneurs.
This full-scope, training and employment initiative, will provide NYC veterans who are seeking new skills, with professional training services, followed by immediate job placement in quality positions in the automotive industry, through CTI’s professional network of supporting employers in the tristate area. Special thanks to all the veteran entrepreneurs and their supporters for coming out on Veterans Day, to support this grass-roots initiative.
